The Le Pietre Luminose collection introduces to the market a new product configuration: eight extraordinary and unprecedented models of modular, 3D backlit stone cladding, where light becomes pattern and pattern guides light to create fascinating glowing and ornamental effects.

The collection is born from a sophisticated alliance of design, three-dimensional surface machining and in-depth lighting engineering studies applied to the translucent properties of marble. Alcor, Antares, Mizar, Naos, Polare, Rigel, Sirio and Vega: eight star names for as many luminous claddings, characterized by an overall design developed around the modularity and depth of the claddings themselves.

Thanks to Le Pietre Luminose, the wall comes alive. Light charms and enhances every facet of the pattern, runs across and reveals every difference in inclination, thickness and incision of the stone, highlighting the many worked planes. Light penetrates and passes through the natural element to reveal its most sensual and intimate soul.

This is how marble reveals itself, harmonizes its stratifications, uncovers unexpected colors and gives the room a soft, subdued light, giving it a strong scenic personality.

All the models offer a versatile aesthetic result: they make a strong impact even without backlighting and express themselves best when they combine backlighting with grazing light. Each module (60 X 60 cm) is fitted with a lighting device with an independent fluorescent light source to allow practical and easy maintenance.

Moreover, the lighting independence of each module guarantees uniform backlighting across the entire wall and therefore a flawless aesthetic result.

Le Pietre Luminose represents the continuation of the exciting production research carried out on the expressive possibilities of stone by Lithos Design, one of the most innovative emerging companies in the field of stone claddings characterized by excellent design and a high level of technology.
