PUR etc. promises 100% organic cuisine by the end of the year

PUR etc. is a Strasbourg-based restaurant chain serving artisanal, eco-responsible food. To reach its new goal - offering its customers a 100% organic menu - the chain is increasing its proportion of ingredients from organic farming, refining its choice of producers and reworking its recipes!
The decision was made during the lockdown: PUR etc. wants to offer 100% organic cuisine. This commitment continues the pledges the brand has made since its creation: artisanal cooking based on local, fresh products from farming that respects the environment and producers.
This initiative is one more step in PUR etc.'s eco-responsible approach, in line with the values the chain stands for: ?Good taste, Good sense, Good heart?! A large majority of the ingredients were already organic, and the chain has now set itself a concrete goal: to offer its customers a menu made exclusively of organic products by the end of the year! A strong commitment that will allow the chain to brilliantly pass the milestone of 10 years of existence, on its way to becoming the first cooperative restaurant chain that is 100% organic, zero waste and inclusive!
While PUR etc. has favored local and mostly organic producers since the very beginning of the adventure, this has now become an essential criterion for working with the ethical restaurant chain.
Always guided by sustainable partnerships built on trust, PUR etc. is strengthening its commitments to producers practicing organic farming and is already confirming its collaboration with several of them: the Saint-Blaise farm, Solibio, a cooperative of Alsatian organic producers, Sorbiop for ice cream, and also organic wholesalers such as SCOT La Cigogne and Biocoop Restauration for dry goods, fresh products and fruit and vegetables.
Every day, the PUR etc. teams prepare their delicious, healthy and artisanal recipes. No more soulless industrial cooking, hello to real fresh products, home-cooked by passionate professionals. All the recipes and their sourcing will therefore be reworked by the end of the year, to offer customers a menu that is just as delicious… and now fully organic.

New partnerships directly with producers

Organic recipes… that are still delicious!
