New Culinary Experiences at Costa Navarino

Dining at Costa Navarino is a journey halfway between Greek culinary heritage and a cuisine that is both eclectic and modern. Fresh, organic produce harvested on the estate is served in the twenty or so restaurants of Navarino Dunes, which offer diversity and expertise.
The finest products, such as the multi-award-winning ELEON extra virgin olive oil by Navarino Icons, are used daily.
New concept at Perovino
In early June, the Perovino restaurant at Navarino Dunes will introduce a brand-new concept that places conviviality at the heart of the culinary experience.
The restaurant has reworked its menu and now offers a wide selection of reinterpreted dishes blending Mediterranean influences and contemporary cuisine.
For dinner, with family or friends, Perovino offers its guests a sharing experience inspired by ancient Greek traditions.
To perfect the experience, the chefs join guests at the table, preparing the dishes before their eyes. It is an original concept that allows guests to watch the preparation of dishes made with fresh, local produce, and also to talk with the chefs about the recipes.
The restaurant's new team is led by head chef Angelos Kallinteris, pastry chef Yannis Vlasiou and sous-chef George Kostis. Numerous collaborations with other chefs are also expected.
Onuki – Japanese cuisine and cocktails
The Japanese restaurant Onuki will open its doors this year. The renowned chef Stamatis Skriapas creates a modernized Japanese cuisine inspired by Japanese Izakaya bars and the fresh produce of Messinia. A mix of sushi, sashimi, yakitori and grilled Mediterranean fish salads is offered, all served in small sharing plates.
To complete the experience, Onuki's Japanese Cocktail & Sake Bar offers a selection of craft cocktails made mainly with Japanese ingredients and spirits such as sake.
More culinary experiences at Costa Navarino
The region's culinary heritage is celebrated through various activities and workshops throughout the year. Guests can take part in the olive harvest and the grape harvest in September and October, and can also visit the vegetable gardens to understand the quality of local produce through ?farm-to-table? workshops.
In addition, guests can take part in Greek cooking classes and in wine or extra virgin olive oil tastings.
