LE DUFF Group and Bridor Reaffirm Their Commitments

For many years, the entities of the LE DUFF Group have placed sustainable development issues at the heart of their activities and strategic decisions.
On the occasion of European Sustainable Development Week, held from 18 September to 8 October, the Group is highlighting the concrete actions already undertaken by its subsidiary Bridor and strengthening the mobilization of its teams around its CSR approach.
Bridor: concrete commitments, measurable results
Occupational health and safety
Occupational health and safety is an absolute priority for Bridor. Today, all of its sites in France are certified ISO 45001, the international reference standard for occupational health and safety.
This momentum continues, with the goal of extending certification to all sites worldwide by 2028.
Gender equality
Bridor is also working to promote gender parity and diversity within its management teams.
Women now represent 35% of top management worldwide, a figure progressing toward the target of 40% set for 2028.
Environmental transition
On the environmental front, Bridor is building a decarbonization pathway aligned with the Paris Agreement.
This strategy engages the entire value chain, notably through collaboration with suppliers committed to reducing their carbon footprint.
Responsible purchasing
Bridor is also structuring a responsible purchasing policy, aligned with ISO 20400.
Initiated in France, this approach is set to be rolled out gradually across its international entities.
Quality and innovation
Quality and innovation remain at the heart of Bridor's strategy.
The French sites are now certified to the standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative, at the highest levels (BRCG AA+ and IFS higher level).
The goal is to standardize these standards of excellence across all production units by 2028.
An approach embedded in the LE DUFF Group's CSR roadmap
The initiatives led by Bridor are fully in line with the LE DUFF Group's CSR roadmap, which is common to all of its entities.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, this strategy is based on three main pillars:
Limiting environmental impact
Supporting and developing talent
Sharing the love of the land
Among its priorities, the Group continues to roll out its decarbonization pathway, with the goal of reducing its direct greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030 (compared with 2022), while also defining a reduction strategy for its indirect emissions.
A collective mobilization for European Sustainable Development Week
From 29 September to 3 October, the LE DUFF Group mobilized its teams for the second consecutive year as part of European Sustainable Development Week, organized at the Group's headquarters in Rennes.
