The B1 cross table Gastroflex by MERCATUS is a true versatile model. Extra wide doors provide easy access to the enormous interior, which can hold gastronorm trays (GN2 / 1 or GN1 / 1 transversally), with an optional bakery support (EN 600X400). As it has doors on both sides, Table B1 was designed to work as a working island in a kitchen, but it can be placed against a wall.
