Foster EcoPro G2 refrigerated cabinets for every foodservice requirement

Foster's new EcoPro G2 range of refrigerated cabinets has been designed to meet every requirement of the foodservice industry.
The innovative features of the 6 models that make up the EcoPro G2 range make it the highest-performing range of refrigerated cabinets on the market, with approximately 30 litres of additional capacity (the equivalent of 100 250 g butter blocks!)!

From 600 to 1350 litres, this range is available in a positive refrigeration version (+1 °C/+4 °C) or a negative refrigeration version (-18 °C/-21 °C), in single-temperature or dual-temperature models.

Cabinets with an ergonomic and attractive design
The modern, functional design of the EcoPro G2 line has been created to meet the constraints of the foodservice industry. Ergonomics, practicality and ease of cleaning have been optimised to make daily work easier in the kitchen or the laboratory.

A high-tech digital control panel combines sophistication with functionality. The look of the handle-free doors was designed to make (automatic) opening and closing easier during daily work, as well as during cleaning. No rough edges are visible, and operation is intuitive and effortless!

Cabinets with optimised energy performance
The robust construction of the EcoPro G2 line has been further strengthened with a specific wall thickness and reinforced insulating foam in order to optimise its energy efficiency.

At Foster, we know that cold storage can quickly become costly if the ratio of energy used to volume stored is not optimal. That is why Foster has also developed the ?Fuzzy Logic II? function, a very practical automatic energy consumption monitor!

Cabinets that ensure hygiene & safety
Finally, because Foster knows that no professional kitchen can compromise when hygiene and safety are at stake, the manufacturer has applied all its experience to building this new range so that it is easy to clean in a short amount of time. All interior corners are perfectly smooth or rounded, with no rough edges, to make cleaning easier. All removable parts can be taken out very easily without tools.
