Finoptim, the wood-fire combustion expert, is now giving upscale hotel and restaurant operators, who have been hit hard by the crisis, the opportunity to offer their guests a new kind of stay experience.
Since July 2020, Finoptim has been able to equip upscale establishments with its wood-fired braziers and planchas, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere on terraces, which are places for living and socializing that have been considered essential and reassuring since the Covid-19 crisis.
Originally a specialist in clean-burning open fireplaces, the industrial and ecological company Finoptim, based in the heart of the Alps, works on optimizing open hearths and has been designing high-performance products made in France since 2013. By developing its Outdoor range, made up of the FARO rotating brazier with powerful radiant heat and the ORIGINE Plancha with its dual cooking and heating function, Finoptim has combined use and design so that consumers feel at home, enjoying both a gentle warmth and the pleasant scent of a wood fire. Finoptim's ?Origine? model offers a new way of cooking over a wood fire. Thanks to steady wood combustion, smoke is reduced so as not to bother the cook. Unlike traditional braziers, the Faro by Finoptim is equipped with a rotating reflective mirror that allows users to direct the heat in any direction and to project its radiant warmth over more than 4 meters. Designed to warm up to 10 people, this outdoor fireplace with a sleek design promises long, convivial summer evenings around the fire. Its storage compartment holds half a stere of wood so the appliance can be reloaded with ease.
