As part of new special 4 or 7-day packages, the Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa offers a regenerating treatment designed to restore muscle tone, energy and a fighting spirit. It includes a daily immersion in six pools of pure seawater drawn 100 meters from the shore, with different temperatures and salinity levels - an open-air wellness circuit amid lush vegetation of palm trees, banana trees and pines.

This immersion speeds up the exchange between the body and the mineral salts contained in seawater, helping to relieve the joints, relax the muscles, strengthen the immune system and accelerate cell renewal.

A series of detox massages performed in water with a high salt concentration, then a treatment stimulating vasoconstriction in the legs, as well as a personalized training program in the new Performance Center of the Acquaforte Spa, complete the effectiveness of the thalassotherapy. This center specializes in tailor-made programs designed to improve physical performance, strengthen the musculature and reduce postural imbalances.
