Available in 3 versions:
1 drum: gruyère
2 drums: 1 gruyère and 1 parmesan
3 drums: 1 gruyère, 1 rondelle and 1 crudité
The blades are of very good quality and give the grating mill a clean, crisp cut.
Simply place the cheese to be grated in the designated compartment, lower the pusher and turn the crank while pressing the cheese. The cheese will come out grated to the desired size. You will thus get fresh, soft grated cheese.
