For making good soups or purées, nothing beats a food mill. Ideal for small quantities, our food mill with a diameter of 20 or 24 cm will let you mash your vegetables in small batches. The feet located under the unit fold out and allow the mill to be placed over the container that will receive the purée or soup. Once the preparation is in the container, simply turn the handle so the blades press the food through the disc. Made entirely of stainless steel, the food mill can be washed under water and is dishwasher safe. The three discs of 1,5 - 2,5 and 4 mm let you select the desired consistency.
