Description
AISI 304 15/10.Panier stainless steel structure with AISI 304 perforated stainless steel basket that retains "solid" elements. Water outlet with filtration. Watertight lid (with rubber seal) and odour-proof. Operation is quite simple but nevertheless requires some explanation. The filter basket must be emptied EVERY DAY. Suspended grease must be skimmed off EVERY DAY. Depending on use, the tank must be completely emptied once a year to remove the sludge at the bottom of the tank.
