The Australian-born chef Aaron Brooks has spent a total of 15 years cooking around the world with Four Seasons, and most recently has immersed himself in the Miami culinary scene and its Latin culture. Since launching EDGE, Steak and Bar, Chef Brooks continues to focus on preparing quality menus, and inviting guests to savour incredible dishes, including premium wagyu beef that is seared to perfection. For this special occasion, Aaron is showcasing his talents and international inspiration to provide guests with an unforgettable experience.
