Ideal for bars, hotels, restaurants, caterers, community catering… The 12-litre tank and the food-grade polycarbonate lid are unbreakable, and the tank features a graduated scale. The paddle agitator maintains a uniform temperature and thus prevents the formation of a skin and the oxidation of the drink. Drive system by a robust geared motor.
