The MCA1500 drying ironer is perfect for ironing flat linen, such as towels, tablecloths, sheets, etc. It is equipped with a 33 cm cylinder with a useful length of 150 cm. Capable of processing between 30 and 35 Kg of linen per hour (at 50% RH), our MCA1500 drying ironer is perfect for small communities and hotels. The high hourly throughput (30 to 35 kg per hour) is due to the linen passing over nearly 300°. The working pressure is high and delivers excellent results with a perfect finish. The steam extraction system is optimised to the maximum thanks to a nozzle along the entire length of the cylinder. The ironing and feeding belts in Nomex (an ultra-resistant synthetic material notably used for firefighters' clothing) withstand the most extreme temperatures, giving the product a longer service life. The stainless steel de-folder at the linen outlet saves time and improves efficiency. The variable speed of 1 to 9 m/min is made possible by the geared motor drive and frequency converter. Safety thermostats, a hand-activated bar and 2 emergency stops make the drying ironer a fully safe tool. Touch-screen microprocessor offering simple operation: adjustment of temperature and ironing speed. Automatic speed adjustment according to humidity, programmes with names written in full.
