The professional Bartscher 3 litre Petit fryer, 3L, AT is ideal for low-volume use. Made entirely of stainless steel, the fryer is easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. Side handles for easy transport. Removable lid. Thermostat for temperature adjustment. Dual indicator lights for power (green) and heating (orange). Basket(s) with handle(s). Feet under the fryer for better stability. Basket support hooks to drain fries between batches or before serving. Overheating protection If the fryer is switched on accidentally without oil/fat in the tank, or if the oil/fat level in the tank is too low, the fryer will switch off automatically once it reaches a temperature of approximately 230 °C to prevent overheating. If this happens, unplug the appliance and let it cool down. After the automatic shutdown by the protection device, the appliance can be switched on again by pressing the RESET button located at the rear of the appliance. To do so, the appliance must cool down to a temperature below 170 °C, then remove the cap covering the RESET button by turning it counterclockwise, press the button and replace the cap. Plug the appliance back into the power outlet and resume normal use.
