MELJAC innovates with a made-to-measure model: the Pupitre

Following the example of its ?Z? dashboard, MELJAC designed the Pupitre, a made-to-measure product meeting the request of the Mandarin Oriental.
The Parisian palace hotel chose MELJAC for its ability to create this unique piece, developed especially for its Penthouse: ?l'Appartement Parisien?. Mounted on a rotating base in the bedside tables, these panels were the subject of a 3-month R&D project. They bring together 8 to 12 square Damier buttons (lighting controls, blinds, etc.), some with LED backlighting and engravings. Depending on its format, a Pupitre can combine switches, power sockets, USB, RJ, dimmers and other mechanisms. It is fully customizable, with 30 finishes to choose from, engravings, LEDs...
The hotel also called on the brand's expertise, in which human craftsmanship works alongside cutting-edge technology, to equip all of its rooms with switches and power sockets in brass treated with a German Medal Bronze finish.
