Paparini is an artisanal ice cream maker. Located in Civitanova, on the east coast of Italy, since 2003, the family business is an ice-cream maker like there are in Italy ... and so few in France.
Following numerous requests and the success of his ice creams every time he tastes them, Nicola Paparini, the manager of the company, decides to take the plunge: offer his ice creams in France.
