Growing up with his grandparents in Italy, Luca Casini began watching his grandfather cook with great enthusiasm when he was only five years old. Since then his passion for cooking has begun and followed him all these years and all around the globe.
Living in Azerbaijan – a country known for its rich cuisine, which is dating back for centuries, Luca got inspired to create his own menu from scratch and presented it to all the guests of the main restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Baku – Zafferano.
The menu embraces wonderful variety of traditional Italian dishes, be it meat, fish, one of the best mushroom risottos in the city or homemade pasta by Chef Luca and invites the guests to savor the best of Italy.
